Thermal Imaging Installation Services

Thermal imaging equipment consists of many sensitive components and can be costly to repair. Incorrect or incomplete installation, without a thorough understanding of electro-optics, thermal imagery and thermal cameras can cause the system to malfunction, reduce performance, or worse, go offline.

EMX Installation personnel are certified to the highest standards in the thermal imaging security and surveillance electronics industry. Certification to qualify as an EMX Installer involves 80 hours of classroom training and a minimum of 300 hours of on-the-job training.

EMX does not warrant any installation, maintenance, or service that EMX Installation personnel did not perform. SERVICE WORK PERFORMED BY SERVICE CENTERS NOT AUTHORIZED BY EMX TO PERFORM SUCH WORK WILL VOID YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY.

EMX strongly recommends that you allow our Field Services Manager to coordinate and complete the installation of your equipment. Mr. Stagg supervises and conducts all phases of EMX Product Installation, from initial contact, site surveys, selection of the installation team, to follow-up contact, troubleshooting and maintenance reminders. His thorough background in electro-optics, thermal imagery, thermal cameras and electronics, coupled with his appreciation of the critical nature of the assets that EMX equipment guards, contribute to his personal commitment to proper, safe installations.
